For this Graduate Teaching assistant post, you must be a success-driven and a capable graduate who can show first class relationship building abilities. Ideally, the school need a graduate who is able to evidence a nurturing side to their character which ensures that each and every child is given unrivalled pastoral support. You must show the ability to give everything to the school to enrich lessons and provide exemplary assistance over the academic year. Your portfolio will include a progressive approach to education which enhances the learning experience of your pupils. Your own time during education will demonstrate that you have the abilities to pass on the passion for development onto this child. You will need to establish a positive relationship, encourage learning and promoting happiness around this child's education journey.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant your role will involve you working closely, on an individual basis as well as in small groups, with students who has additional learning needs.
