Job overview: 

Pearl Lemon is a rapidly growing digital marketing agency known for its innovative approach to SEO, content marketing, and lead generation. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accountability Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Performance Tracking:  Monitor and track the performance of team members, projects, and campaigns against established goals and KPIs.

2. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet our high standards of quality and accuracy through regular audits and reviews.

3. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in our workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

4. Team Support: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to help them achieve their goals and improve their performance.

5. Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients regarding project progress, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring clear and timely communication at all times.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of project plans, processes, and procedures for reference and training purposes.

7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery or client satisfaction, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.

8. Data Analysis: Analyze data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing performance and achieving better results.

9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment and coordination on projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in project management or a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
5. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
7. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
8. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
