Recruiter UK Pharma

Workster is assisting a top-notch Recruitment agency with their staffing needs for 2024. As part of this demand, we are looking for an experienced Pharma Industry Recruiter that is interested in working on a contractor based model with base salary and commissions, out of our office in London.

Your Role

  • Develop and maintain excellent professional relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct targeted headhunting to identify and approach suitable candidates, even those currently employed
  • Leverage the candidate database to pair the right individuals with clients’ vacancies
  • Manage the end-to-end application process, from reviewing applications to coordinating interviews and creating candidate shortlists
  • Provide comprehensive briefings to candidates about job responsibilities, salary, and benefits
  • Prepare resumes and correspondence for submission to clients
  • Facilitate interviews for candidates as per client requests
  • Communicate interview results to candidates
  • Negotiate pay and salary rates, finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates
  • Offer valuable advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training opportunities, and career progression
  • Work diligently to meet and exceed targets related to candidate placements, billed client values, or generated business leads

 

Your Role

  • Showcase 18-60 months of successful experience in recruitment for Life Science, Biotech, Pharma, Chemical, MedTech industries as a contractor (e.g. agency, RPO etc.)
  • Have a base of your clients on the relevant market
  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills in C2 English language
  • Exhibit strong sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Maintain a confident and positive attitude
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently meet targets
  • Display strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to take direction
  • Understanding of importance of market building
  • Understanding of importance of using CRMs
  • Ability to do Business Development
