Graduate Consultant

Consultants are involved in undertaking commercial due diligence (CDD) and strategy assignments. You will receive first-class training direct from senior team members. 

Graduate Consultants are expected to:

• Comprehend new business models quickly, typically working on a new project every 4-6 weeks
• Conduct both primary and desk research and perform rigorous analysis in order to test commercial hypotheses
• Assist the structuring and presentation of findings within the final output
• Support the presentation of findings to the client – we strongly believe early client exposure is a great way to learn and develop

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate the following:

• Strong academic background
• Self-starter attitude and a passion for working in an entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent writing and numeracy skills
• Good attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
• Fluency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and a high comfort level in adopting new tools and applications
• Inquisitive with a curiosity for solving business problems
• History of success working in multi-functional, cross-cultural teams, virtually and in person (for experienced consultants)
• At the time of starting their employment, the successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK
