St Leger Homes is a fantastic place to work. We pride ourselves on making a real difference for the people and communities across Doncaster. We are committed to putting residents at the heart of everything we do providing services that are accessible, inclusive and fairly delivered for our staff, tenants and residents living in our neighbourhoods. We also run employment and education opportunities for tenants through our World of Work academy and our local apprentice placements.

Our Behaviour Framework clearly sets out the organisation’s expectations in terms of how we go about our work and not just what we do. Using our framework for recruitment ensures that any selection process is focused on the behaviours that are important for success in any role. Please note that only the ‘Level 1’ Behaviours are applicable to this position.

Access to Homes is a key service area within St Leger Homes and is a challenging and exciting place to work with great career opportunities across a wide variety of roles. The services delivered are;

We are offering a graduate student placement opportunity for someone who is passionate about housing and communities and who would like to gain experience of working within an organisation dedicated to service excellence and improving people’s lives.

You would be expected to work across the diverse range of services and from different locations delivering front line services to customers, liaising with partners, and delivering a frontline homelessness service.

We look for a graduate who wants to gain a broader and in-depth insight into the work of the Access to Homes Team, wider business knowledge in housing or a related function and you wants to gain knowledge of legislation in relation to homelessness and housing allocations.
