Tech Pro Services team is tasked with delivering top-tier technical support to our internal operations team and customer base. Additionally, Tech Pro Services is responsible for the activation of our SaaS software for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process.

Job Overview:

We are seeking passionate new graduates to join our Tech Pro Services team. This team constantly delivers high-quality service to our customers. The ideal candidates will have a strong interest in technology, support, data management, excellent communication skills, a strong sense of urgency, and a desire to become professional problem solvers.

As a member of the Tech Pro Services team, your primary focus will be on IN-Gauge Application and Data Support and Configuration. You are expected to offer prompt and effective assistance to customers, ensuring that their inquiries and issues are validated and addressed satisfactorily. Your role is critical in creating a positive first impression of our support services. Your level of urgency, responsiveness and professionalism are key in maintaining customer satisfaction and building a solid foundation for higher support tiers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Application Support of all IN-Gauge product modules on configuration and support
  • Manage data reconciliation, data extraction, and data processing tasks.
  • Adhere to existing protocols and ensure compliance with all standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Demonstrate a passion for technology and data management.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate with a degree in Information Management, Technical Engineering, Data Management, Data Development, AWS Engineers, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Open to other degrees if the candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, an engineering mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Programming languages not required but advantageous: Java, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Go.
  • Data Structures and Algorithms: Basic understanding of key data structures (arrays, linked lists, trees, graphs) and fundamental algorithms (sorting, searching).
  • Database Systems: Introduction to relational databases, SQL, and principles of database design.
  • ETL Processes: Understanding of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes for data integration.
  • Scripting Languages: Exposure to scripting languages like Python or Perl for automation tasks and data manipulation.
  • Cloud Platforms: Basic knowledge of cloud computing services, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Information Security: Awareness of core principles of information security, including encryption and data protection.
  • Computer Architecture: Basic understanding of fundamental hardware components of computers and their interactions.
  • GraphQL/RESTful Services: Knowledge of developing and integrating services using GraphQL and RESTful APIs.
