Junior Developer

Job Title: Junior Developer (Mostly remote)
Number of hours: 20 hours (initially for 3 months with possible
extension)
Pay rate: £14 per hour

Job type: Temporary (with occasional weekend work during busy deadlines)

Description of the role:

Do you love coding and want to gain experience in a supportive environment?

We're looking for a passionate and curious part-time developer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced developers to contribute to exciting upcoming projects.

What you'll do:

  • Assist senior developers with coding tasks
  • Write clean and well-tested code
  • Help troubleshoot and fix bugs
  • Learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Assist in leading upcoming projects

What we're looking for:

  • Strong understanding of programming fundamentals
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • A passion for technology

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

This is a part-time position with flexible hours that fit around your studies.
