Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager

Job Title: Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager (Mostly remote)
Number of hours: 20 hours (initially for 3 months with possible
extension)
Pay rate: £15 per hour

Job type: Temporary (with occasional weekend work during busy deadlines)

Description of the role:

Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy helping teams deliver exceptional work? We're looking for a part-time Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and coach agile ceremonies (Sprints, Daily Stand-ups, etc.)
• Maintain a clear project backlog and user stories
• Remove roadblocks and ensure team members have the resources they need
• Promote collaboration and communication within the team
• Track project progress and report to stakeholders
• Champion agile values and practices

Qualifications:

• Experience with Scrum or Kanban methodologies (a plus)
• Strong understanding of Agile principles
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Problem-solving and organizational skills
