Quantity Surveyor

  • Position: Quantity Surveyor
  • Experience: Graduate with work placement experience as a minimum.
  • Office Location: Salford
  • Role Overview: An exciting opportunity to join our commercial team and support the business in managing its recladding and new-build projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute cost plans. Assess and manage valuation accounts.
  • Identify areas for margin optimisation.
  • Report and forecast CVRs.
  • Procure and manage sub-contractor accounts.
  • Support the estimating team at tender stage. 

Required Skills / Experience:

  • BSc Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
  • Experience of working with D&B contracts.
  • Sound understanding of commercial management practices.
  • Excellent team working, communication and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to support client and sub-contractor relationships.
  • Willingness to continuously upskill and develop within the business.
  • Strong IT skills.
