We are seeking a Guest Experience Expert Rooms Controller who will deliver memorable and unique experiences for our guests. You will be empowered to take the initiative, provide a wide range of services, and ensure that every interaction contributes to an exceptional stay.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out process, address guest requests, share local highlights, and ensure guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their stay.
- Operational Duties: Process operational needs, complete necessary reports, and maintain confidentiality and security of company assets.
- Professionalism: Uphold company policies and quality standards, maintain a professional appearance and communication, and create a safe workplace.
- Physical Requirements: Be prepared to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and handle objects up to 10 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Experience: No related work or supervisory experience required.
- License/Certification: None required.
