Compliance Analyst Graduate

As a Compliance Analyst you will work as part of our fast-growing Managed Services team and alongside senior consultants and our diverse range of exciting and cutting-edge clients. With our expertise across Payments, Fincrime, Investments and IT Risk, you will be exposed to some of the industry top experts.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Upon training from our expert team, support with the provision of high-quality compliance work products to meet the regulatory demands of our existing client base with their regulatory demands, this includes:
  • Working and delivering on multiple projects within our managed services practice
  • Partnering with our client base to understand their business and be able to design and implement their regulatory strategy
  • Providing end to end dedicated and robust specialist Know Your Customer (KYC) expertise throughout the onboarding and refresh process
  • Taking ownership for maintaining a high standard of accuracy during all stages of the client review, working towards "right first time" objectives
  • Assisting our clients by providing direct client & Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) contact throughout all stages, acting as a principal point of contact
  • Using communication skills to explain the reasons for our KYC requirements, managing expectations regarding processing times & delivering great Client experience
  • Working closely with other members of the fscom team to assist leadership in delivering an outstanding performance across the team, demonstrating excellent behaviours
  • Contributing to a positive, supportive and proactive working culture by sharing knowledge and expertise both locally and globally
  • Assisting our clients by providing direct client contact throughout all stages of the KYC team's processes to enhance speed of client delivery received
  • Stay up to date with the ever-evolving regulatory requirements
  • Any other duties as reasonably required
 
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex information
  • Ability to work with, and communicate information clearly and effectively to, both clients and team members
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage numerous deadlines and projects simultaneously
  • Quick to learn, curious with initiative, and constantly striving to develop technical expertise 
  • Collegiate outlook with the ability to work effectively as part of a cohesive team
  • Self-motivated
 
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
  • 1 + years’ experience working within a compliance role gained working in-house within a financial services institution or professional services advisory business.
  • KYC experience within a financial institution or consultancy.
