Graduate Assistant Transformation Officer

Knowsley has just launched its revised Adult Social Care Transformation Strategy and created 2 new Assistant Transformation Officer posts.

As an Assistant Transformation Officer, you will be key in turning strategy into action.  You will be part of the wider Transformation and Reform Team that leads the development and implementation of a range of critical service transformation and redesign initiatives across Adult Social Care.

You will support the Transformation lead officers and work with a wide variety of Adult Social Care Services and their partners to drive forward and deliver key projects to ensure we meet our transformation outcomes and objectives. Alongside this you will also support the coordination of our workforce development plans and our approach to inspection readiness.

If you are educated to degree level or equivalent or have demonstrable experience of working in a public sector organisation and you are interested in being part of our transformation journey, please submit your CV and covering letter on or before 14th July 2024.

This post is graded at a G with a salary range of £29,777 to £31,364 and is fixed term for a 2-year period.
