Graduate - Policy And Performance

This is an excellent opportunity to join our Intelligence and Insight Team, to work on understanding health and health data in Knowsley.

 We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate, who is passionate about public health and interested in data analysis. You will play a critical role in analysing health data to support public health initiatives and decision-making.

In this role you will support the Council to further develop and embed its approach to intelligence and insight at both strategic and operational level.

We will support you in gaining skills and experience in developing data-driven insight to inform policies and approaches that make a real difference in our community. As part of the two-year Graduate programme, you will be offered the opportunity to undertake a professional qualification focused on data skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development of needs assessments and demand modelling to inform Council planning and budget setting
  • Research and analysis
  • Development and delivery of high quality management information to support Public Health

Your Skills and Experience

  • Interest in Public Health.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present complex information to a variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
