£25,000 basic salary, rising to £30,000 within first year

We are now looking to take on an elite Graduate Recruitment Consultant intake.

R2R Global is a world leading headhunting firm focused on placing senior level Recruitment Consultants in London, New York City, Toronto & Houston as well as Executive Search placements at a board level globally.  We are also heavily involved with global relocations & global office launches.

The Graduate Scheme – Recruitment Consultant – Liverpool 

We have a 6-12 month training programme covering all elements of the recruitment lifecycle.  Firstly, you would master market mapping, learning the market in detail & our clients and their competition, utilising LinkedIn.  

The next part of the training programme will focus on headhunting, mastering the art of working on retained searches and making approaches to passive candidates.

The final part of the Graduate scheme would focus around process management, understanding client & candidate needs in detail & closing deals!

Thereon you will be running your own desk, building your own relationships & making commission.

On offer – Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Liverpool

Starting on £25,000 basic salary, which rises to £30,000 after completion of the Graduate scheme.  Upon promotion to Consultant you will start earning full commission, just on achieving company targets you will earn £70,000 per year, a number of our Consultants are earning in excess of £100,000 per year

We offer a fast-track career structure, once you have mastered the sales side of the role, we have a management scheme all the way to becoming a Director, having equity and running your own international territory.

We are a very incentive driven culture.  Our High Rollers Club allows successful Consultants to go to Michelin-starred restaurants in The North-West & London – last quarter we went to Moore Hall & The New Sexy Fish in Manchester, next quarter is Luca in London.  

Our London team have just recently been to Barcelona, our NYC team has a skiing incentive also.

Must have a strong academic background, first class, or upper second with A*-B at A-Level

Sales experience would be beneficial
