Graduate Civil Infrastructure Engineer

About the opportunity

Coopers are currently recruiting a full time Graduate Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join their Roads & Sewers department in Chester. The role will be primarily focused on the design of roads and sewers for residential projects for some of the UK's biggest house builders. 

You will work alongside five existing infrastructure team members to build on their design skills and software knowledge. Training will be provided but any experience with PDS, MicroDrainage, Causeway Flow and AutoCAD software would be beneficial. Knowledge of other general office software such as Outlook, Word and Excel would also be useful.

You'll join our team on the Chester Business Park, working in a modern open plan office, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. 

 

About you

We are looking for an individual who is keen to learn new skills to both develop as an individual and to be better prepared to assist the infrastructure team as a whole. You must be a hardworking, conscientious team player in order to successfully meet client deadlines and stay within budgets. You should have good communication skills to be able to work well with clients and other team members.
