YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE :
This apprenticeship / internship will take place in Paris (75) in our superb global HQ, as of September 2024.
The mission of the Integrated Brand Communication team is to help brands & countries from the portfolio define, accelerate and sharpen their integrated communication strategies (new ways of working, creative, digital & media agencies).
To thrive in your missions, your coach (aka your manager) at Danone, Bertrand, Global agency ecosystem transformation Director, will help you cross the finish line:
- 50%: contribute to deliver expertise and support: assist the manager on a day-to-day basis to develop the content production strategy, implement it, and monitor progress with both our agency partners and the countries, answer internal requests. This includes also participating in pilot projects to identify new opportunities with new tools / new ways of working / new partners.
- 30%: Work on change management engagement plans and their deployment (within the company, with the countries)
- 10%: track news in the press to get up to speed on creative ecosystems changes, opportunities, and emerging trends (notably AI)
- 10%: develop internal capabilities: elaborate toolkits, organize and animate webinars and case studies, to help brands and countries develop their knowledge

- Up to 2 days/week of homeworking

A propos de vous
You are a champion:
- Available from September for a duration of 1 year
- You have a 4 to 5 years study level from university, business or communication school
- Previous experience in consulting and/or a creative industry (agencies)
- You're an explorer: curious, enthusiastic, with a real passion for creativity.
- You're a quick learner and can work autonomously.
- You have a demonstrated ability to understand and navigate strategic topics.
- You're a team player: comfortable working within an informal, agile, complex, fast-moving environment.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, at all levels of seniority.
- Language : Do you speak English ? We need someone who is fluent! Spanish is a nice to have!
- Softwares : Powerpoint, Office Softwares, AI Tool is an important plus. Nice to have: use of other graphic softwares.
