YOUR ROLE
- Provide technical expertise in the field of assembly automation to help grow sales in adhesive dispensing and curing equipment
- Promote the Henkel Total Solutions approach to identify new opportunities for equipment at target customers to improve competitive advantage and grow sales
- Design/specify cost-effective technical solutions for customised dispensing/curing systems and assembly automation to meet customer needs in general manufacturing and maintenance
- Onsite support (in particular BeNeFrance) for system installations, end-user training and after-sales support including troubleshooting/repair and servicing
- Upskilling of our Sales and Application Engineering teams through the creation and delivery of technical training and product demonstrations
- Create/develop partnerships with key stakeholders in Sales, Business Development, Application Engineering and Product Development to further develop our ‘Total Solution Approach’
YOUR SKILLS
- Completed studies or technician with professional experience, preferably in the field of mechanical/electrical/chemical engineering or a sound technical education with practical experience
- At least 3-5 years of relevant professional ‘hands-on’ experience. Experience in industry and/or field service, as well as technical knowledge in the field of dosing and curing technology would be ideal
- Microsoft Office skills (Teams, Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.)
- Innovative problem-solver with very good communication and presentation skills and ability to work in a team
- Structured, independent and responsible way of working
- Use of the latest digital media and communication tools (Zoom, LinkedIn etc.) is a matter of course for you
- Very good written and spoken English and French language skills
- Willingness to travel (field service) and flexibility as well as efficient self-organization in the home office
