Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

In your new, permanent role as a Recruitment Consultant, you will consult with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and make suitable matches. You will specialise in sourcing candidates for niche roles within your designated sector.

Throughout your 6 weeks of training on our Recruitment Master-course, you will develop research and marketing skills, sales and business development capabilities, and refine your communication and negotiation skills.

Our 4th and last Recruitment Master-course in 2024 starts on 21st October and will set trainee recruiters up for long-term success if you bring your drive and determination.

Led by our experienced Talent Manager, the introductory training course covers various recruitment modules, focusing on the art and science of recruitment and the sales process. The learning experience will be immersive, interactive, and on-the-job, before you are assigned to one of our specialist teams to begin your recruitment career.

What can you expect?

  • Excellent employee benefits, including private medical insurance, a health cash plan, access to health and well-being services, life assurance, income protection, and a day off for your birthday.
  • Best-in-class training in the art and science of recruitment and a continuous professional development path, whether you pursue a management route or become an expert in your field.
