Change 100 Internship Programme 2025
Leonard Cheshire’s Change 100 programme offers paid work opportunities, professional development and mentoring. It’s designed to support the career development of people like you, talented university students and recent graduates with any disability, long-term illness & mental health conditions.
We’ve partnered with organisations who believe disability isn’t a barrier to a brilliant career and appreciate the value that talented disabled students can bring to their organisations.
Over the last eleven years Change 100 has placed talented individuals in roles at UNICEF, Elsevier, NHS Employers, Involve, and BBC Studios. Corporate employers, public and third sector organisations across different industries take part. Your role will vary depending on the nature of the internship you are doing.
