Responsibilities

1. Develop custom AI applications based on software and large models, and participate in the whole process of AI application such as requirement analysis, system design, coding implementation, testing and debugging, and deployment;

2. Ensure the functionality, stability and security of AI applications, and guarantee that the performance meets the project requirements;

3. Responsible for the integration of AI algorithms or models into actual application systems, such as Web applications, mobile applications, etc;

4. Mining business scenarios to adapt self-developed big model applications, RAG enhancement and expansion of existing models through business data and knowledge base, and operation and optimisation of big model applications;

5. Participate in technology innovation projects, propose and implement new application solutions to enhance the competitiveness and market value of AI applications;

6. Continuously track the latest AI technology trends at home and abroad, conduct technical research and exploration, and continuously optimise the company's AI products and solutions; and

7. Participate in cross-departmental collaboration, provide technical support and participate in demand communication.

Requirements

1. Graduated from September 2024 to August 2025 at home and abroad fresh graduates, computer science, software engineering, information technology and other related majors are preferred;

2. Familiar with at least one programming language (e.g. Python, Java, C#, etc.) with good programming skills;

3. Understanding of machine learning, deep learning and other AI basics, experience in using AI frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) for model training or application is preferred;

4. Familiar with at least one of web development, mobile application development or desktop software development, and understand relevant development frameworks and tools;

5. Have strong interest and enthusiasm in AI application development, and have the will to engage in related work in the long term;

6. Good learning ability and problem solving ability, able to quickly adapt to new technologies and new environments, good teamwork spirit and communication skills.
