Role description:
Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3-year programme, designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. You’ll benefit from training and development, mentoring, and assistance for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the support and guidance you need to develop and succeed. As a GROW graduate you will be empowered to drive your career and will be exposed to a variety of experiences to assist you in gaining the skills you require to succeed.
As a consultant joining GROW, you’ll be working within a diverse team of consultants, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve ways in which we work. You’ll be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients and given every opportunity to build your skillsets.
Role accountabilities:
Working across different sectors you will join an expert team advising some of the largest clients in the built environment sector. The post holder will join the Arcadis Facilities Management Consultancy team, the largest in the UK. We deliver strategic FM property advice to a broad spectrum of clients across the public and private sectors, in the form of strategic portfolio mapping, benchmarking, procurement technical advice, asset management delivery modelling etc.
Accepted Degrees:
- BSc or Msc Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Construction Management, Property, Real Estate or Civil Engineering.
- Other numerical degrees such as Economics, Law, Psychology may be considered.
Qualifications & Experience:
- You will be graduating in 2025 or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree
- You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player
- You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
- Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working)
