Where You Could Work
As a Project Management Graduate, you’ll gain exposure to various projects and career paths including consulting and design. You can join one of the following business areas:
1. Project & Programme Services (PPS)
Be part of a team that delivers global project and programme management consultancy. You'll help transform potential into reality with cutting-edge advice and guidance, working on prestigious projects like those with TfL, Gatwick Airport, and Thames Water. You'll manage projects from school extensions to medieval fortresses, gaining ownership and confidence.
2. Nuclear & Power
Contribute to today’s energy needs and future solutions with our Nuclear & Power teams. You’ll be part of one of four key areas in the UK:
- Power New Build
- Reactor Operations & Decommissioning
- Net Zero Energy
- Decommissioning & Waste Services
3. Transportation
Work on making journeys safer, easier, and more sustainable. Our projects span Bridges & Civils, Highways, Rail, and local transport, with clients such as Highways England, Network Rail, and Transport for London.

- Settling-In Payment: £2,500 upon joining and another £2,500 upon achieving chartered status.

Graduate salaries range from £30,500 to £33,500, depending on role and location.
