Our graduate programme provides:

Meeting Your Needs
We offer a range of benefits to support your growth and well-being:
- A £2,500 settling-in payment upon joining and a further £2,500 upon reaching chartered status or a similar stage in your professional development.
- 33 days of annual leave, with the option to buy or sell days.

Our graduate salaries range from £30,500 to £33,500, depending on your role and location.
