 Here's what to know: 
We are looking for ambitious graduates to join the FinTrU team in 2025 through our unique Financial Services Graduate Programme. As a Financial Analyst at FinTrU, you will work alongside some of the world’s largest Investment Banks to provide solutions to help them comply with financial regulations and uphold the integrity of the financial system. This entry point is for those who want to work within our Financial Services areas of KYC, Compliance, Risk and Legal. 

Our graduate programme is structured to fuel your continuous professional development journey through real-world experience, professional skills training, support with accredited exams, networking opportunities, annual compensation review, and a clear progression pathway. 

What's Involved?  

You will: 

  • Complete a comprehensive in-person induction training programme to help you develop the necessary technical and professional skills for a successful career.
  • Travel to our international offices to meet colleagues including the senior leadership team and undergo training supported by industry experts.
  • Whilst training, prepare for the globally recognised qualification, CISI Investment Operating Certificate (IOC) – designed by senior practitioners to help you meet the requirements of markets and regulators across the globe and achieve core competence for your job requirements as an Analyst.
  • Following your initial training, work alongside some of the world’s largest Investment Banks, finding solutions to help them meet with their regulations in areas such as KYC, Compliance, Risk and Legal.


Location:
These roles are based permanently in Letterkenny. When completing your application, please ensure you select your location preference as ‘Letterkenny’.

FinTrU operates a hybrid working policy with a minimum of 2 days per week in your aligned FinTrU office. We are not able to offer these as remote positions. Your initial training will be conducted fully in person.

Essential Criteria 

  • Expect to achieve, or currently have, a minimum 2.2 in any degree discipline, as of 31st July 2025.
  • Live – or be ready to relocate – within a commutable distance from FinTrU’s Letterkenny office.
  • No prior work experience is required.
  • Eligible to work in the relevant jurisdiction and be proficient in English
  • A passion for building a career within Financial Services.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Possess analytical and numerical skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eager to continuously learn and develop.
  • Must be available for initial in-person training of up to 6 weeks from employment start date.
