Quantity Surveying/Commercial Management 

Friday 29th November 2024

We are recruiting graduates looking to utilise their skills and develop their career in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management. Graduate Quantity Surveyor 

Quantity Surveying & Cost management is crucial in delivering best value to our clients and safeguarding their return on investment. You will support your line manager by delivering a wide range of tasks to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include: 

Estimating and producing cost plans 

Drafting procurement documentation 

Checking and analysing tenders, conducting cost checks and valuations 

Analysing the numbers for final accounts and liaising with the client 

If you are completing a degree in Quantity Surveying, and predicted a 2:1 or above, then we would love to meet you.  

The Assessment Day will focus on exploring different competencies and assessing your motivations for joining our business. If you are invited to attend, we will contact you well in advance so that you are fully informed about the day. 

The assessment day takes place Friday 29th November between 9:00 – 17:30, so you will need to have full availability on that day. 

Training & Development  

We will provide all the tools and support you need to excel, including constant access to your line manager, early exposure to Partners and Directors in the business, and a designated ‘buddy’ to help you with day-to-day challenges. 

Your in-house support is blended with external qualifications and professional accreditation including the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)  

Eligibility criteria 

Predicted 2:1 or above in your Quantity Surveying undergraduate degree. 

Right to live and work in the UK (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for these roles).
