Graduate Asset Consultant
What is Asset Consultancy?
Asset consultancy is a specialist area of practice working directly with investors and end user clients to solve problems and provide practical, hands-on engineering expertise to drive building performance and minimise operational cost.
Our work involves engineering diagnostics and interventions, facilities management consulting and surveying and takes place throughout the building life cycle. Our team work closely with our clients to understand their commercial needs and the role-built assets play in business delivery. We adopt an ‘end-user’ approach, stepping into our client’s shoes to understand day-to-day operational needs and their ambitions going forward. We can then provide strategic advice focussed on tangible commercial outcomes that finds the right balance between cost, performance, and risk.
