The role:
The Land and Development Graduate at CHP will work across four different teams in the first year, then choose which area to specialise in for the second year of your contract. This includes:
- Strategic Regeneration and Growth Teams: Cultivate strong relationships with contractors and developers to uncover new site opportunities for property development.
- New Homes Team: Assist in the project management of active construction sites, oversee defect management, and contribute to delivering high-quality homes.
- Sales and Commercial Lettings Team: Participate in sales and marketing initiatives, engage with potential buyers, promote our housing offerings, and manage sales inquiries.
Throughout the program, you will engage with live projects, support the development of new initiatives, and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders. Additionally, you will help foster partnerships with for-profit housing providers as part of our growth strategy.

What we’re looking for:
- A 2:1 or above (or equivalent) in a relevant degree such as Geography, Construction, Built Environment or Surveying.
- Experience in a customer-focused environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
As part of onboarding, this role may also be subject to a Basic or Enhanced DBS check and an Adverse Financial check.
