Support Services Administrator

The Role: 

  • We are looking for three dedicated Support Service Administrators to join our Team.
  • In this role, you will be primarily responsible for handling calls, emails, and written responses, providing exceptional support to our members and supporters.
  • You will work in a dynamic administration and customer service environment where your ability to address complex queries and handle complaints with professionalism will be crucial.
  • This role is based in our Head Office based in Grantham, Lincolnshire with some flexibility to work from home.

The Candidate: 

  • You will have strong telephone and written communication skills and can build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • You will have experience in customer service or public relations roles and a passion for conservation and environmental values that align with our mission.
  • You’ll have a keen eye for detail and be highly organised.
  • Most importantly you will be just as capable working in a team as you are completing your tasks independently.
