Due our exponential growth within the financial consultancy sector we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate to join our team, gaining hands-on experience across various functions within the company.
We are a dynamic and innovative financial consultancy startup, specializing in providing tailored Finance, Tech and Insurance solutions to a diverse range of clients.
The Graduate Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our consultants and internal operations, gaining exposure to multiple facets of the Finance, Tech and Insurance industries through our consultants. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive individual to develop their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced, professional and growing environment. The successful candidate will assist with onboarding new projects, managing consultant activities, attending meetings, and performing a range of administrative and financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding:
- Assist in the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
- Assist the Compliance & Admin team with onboarding new employees, assuring all relevant documents are submitted, stored and updated.
Consultants:
- Provide administrative support to consultants, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, answering consultant administrative queries.
- Assist in tracking consultant performance metrics and reporting.
- Support the Head of Client Partnerships to ensure they are able to maintain consultant delivery standards.
- Support consultants with all necessary business systems.
Finance:
- Support the finance team with invoicing, expense tracking, month end reconciliations and company forecasting.
- Work with the finance team to maintain and updated all relevant finance systems / spreadsheets
Administrative Tasks:
- Assist with the organisation of company events and training sessions.
- Ensure the smooth operation of office procedures and systems.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate.
- Strong interest in the financial sector.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a positive attitude.
