  • Hybrid working. Working from our Coventry office minimum once per week, but this could be more based on business requirements

This structured programme offers a unique opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry. As a Commercial Graduate, you will experience 3 placements within the Stellantis Head Office team. During these placements you will be fully accountable for delivering results, both in day-to-day operational tasks and through contributing to key strategic projects. An opportunity to see your ideas come to life, making a real difference to the world of Stellantis. Be prepared to grow both personally and professionally. We welcome fresh perspectives, passion, ideas and creativity.

In addition to a thorough onboarding month (including a Graduate teambuilding day & Manufacturing plant tour), there are various supplementary activities within the programme across the 3 years which include an optional Buddy scheme, mentoring, continuous development training, Retailer week experience, work-based group project & career planning support.

The Graduate programme aims to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of Stellantis by exposing you to both the customer service element of our business and our behind-the-scenes operations, with the opportunity to contribute to the growth & success of our organisation. Are you the ONE?

You have already attained, or anticipate attaining, a minimum 2:2 grade, in a business-related degree and will have completed your degree prior to your first day at Stellantis. You should also have a minimum of Grade C/4 or above, in Maths and English or equivalent qualifications. A full driving licence is advantageous but not essential. essential. (If you do not drive you must be comfortable commuting to our Coventry office.)

You should have excellent communication skills and are able to build strong, collaborative, working relationships with employees and teams across the organisation and at all levels. You will need to be organised and good at absorbing information and analysing problems, above all with a creative mindset.

  • This role is a 3.5 year fixed term Graduate Programme, without a sponsorship opportunity as a result of which, the successful candidate will be required to have a pre-existing right to work in the UK for the duration of the programme, for the required hours.
