CLPS Fintech Management Internship Program


Job Description


Program Overview:
The FMTP is a leadership development program for recent college graduates who want to explore different core business areas within the CLPS group. Participants will receive a high degree of management training and be placed in different assignments. This program is in partnership with CLPS Academy.

The first four rotational assignments will be 3 months in the following groups:

-        Fintech Products team

-        Research and development (R&D),

-        Mergers and acquisitions (M& A),

-        HR



Followed by a 3-month rotation within the specified groups. The objective of this program is to provide broad business experience, so participants can take on leadership roles with the company.

Candidates are expected to be well organized, detail-oriented, and able to cope within a fast-paced working environment. This is an entry-level position that is great for individuals looking to gain first-hand experience in fintech, sales, business, and management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in STEM studies i.e. Sciences, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.
  • Working experience in software development or financial technical support in the banking and finance industry.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as with other employees and customers.
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply analytical skills to measure, analyze and statistically improve services.
  • Ability to utilize office software systems and prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and graphics.
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required.
