Technical Sales Support

Job Requirements:
1. Familiar with consultative selling concepts
2. Having IT background or basic knowledge in programming language
3. Willing to learn technical knowledge
4. Integrity and willing to take up challenges
5. Excellent communication and writing skills in English

Additional Skills:
1. Successful local and overseas key account sales cases
2. Experience in software testing/software development/software support

Job Scope:
1. Master the product knowledge of Software Development Kit (SDK) products
2. Track sales leads, understand and analyze customer's requirements, and provide accurate solutions
3. Deliver the value of the product to customers through presentations, phone calls, online meetings or emails, and maintain customers' willingness to communicate further
4. Provide the best product authorization and quotation plan according to the actual situation of the customer's project
5. Work closely with the R&D team to reproduce and resolve customer issues
6. Sensitive to market trends and customer needs, good in summarizing and optimizing service processes
7. Communicate closely with product and marketing team to promote products and enhance the promotion website
8. Generate prospects based on the leads provided by marketing team
