We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Land Buyer to join our rapidly expanding, forwarding thinking company as we go through our 5 year expansion plan to build over 200 houses throughout the North West
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate Land Buyer to join an exciting, expanding housing developer in a role with varied workload, huge progression potential with the opportunity to move up the ladder as we expand, a close knit team and a fantastic salary and package.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying land opportunities
- Assist with negotiating terms for the acquisition
- Help prepare and submit land approval packs
- Build and maintain relationships with landowners and agents
- Manage the offer process
- Support the Land & Planning Director.
Required Skills & Experience
- Ideally educated to a degree level of a relevant course
- Previously worked for a housebuilder would be an advantage
- Keen interest in land and planning.
