Architect part 3
Job description
MB Architecture (MB Associates (Surrey) LLP) are looking for a RIBA part 3 Architect who is able to produce existing buildings and design proposed buildings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
You will have the opportunity to lead small projects from the start.
The role can be part time or full time, and either temporary or permanent.
The right candidate will have a degree and ideally some work experience within the UK residential sector and be able to demonstrate a good understanding of Architectural design, Building Regulations and construction techniques and the construction process.

You will be working alongside a small dynamic team, some chartered / certified and some working towards their chartered / certified status. The owners of the business are hands on and you will report directly to them.
You will attend site some days, work in the office other days, and work remotely as required.

We run a 4 days in the office and on site, 1 days working from home arrangement at present. We have clean, modern, comfortable, clean offices and the latest technology and software.
It is essential you are and have:
· Working experience using AutoCAD and/or Revit in an architectural environment.
· Strong AutoCAD and/or Revit drawing skills.
· Self-initiated with design flair.
· Fluent in written and spoken English.
· Good communication and time management skills.
· Passionate about customer satisfaction.
· A car driver with full UK licence.
· Be able to work well individually as well as in a team.
· A good understanding of traditional and contemporary design is important.
· Be able to demonstrate a portfolio of UK projects.
· Willing to learn and grow with the business.

Qualifications
· Qualifications relevant to the role (degree level or better preferred).
· Working towards obtaining Architect status (parts 2 and 3) with the Architects Registration Board
· Proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit
