Graduate Project Management - Electricity Transmission
When you join our 18-month Graduate Development Programme, you will develop your commercial and technical capabilities to deliver new National Grid assets and engage with project design and delivery teams to successfully deliver a range of construction projects.
You’ll be out and about visiting many of our sites to understand how construction projects are carried out, and to evaluate potential hazards and risks which the delivery team may encounter along the way.
You’ll work with experienced Project Managers and Engineers and learn how to safely and efficiently deliver projects within a challenging construction environment. You’ll also support Project Managers to deliver their projects to time, quality and cost objectives.
At site, you’ll monitor the contractors site activities to measure and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards including H&S and the Environment.
This role is based at Warwick, Crossgates, Aztec West West Weybridge with flexible, hybrid working.
As one of our Graduates, you’ll have the chance to start putting your studies into practice.
You’ll need to be driven, curious, confident to ask questions, and will have a 2.2 or above Degree classification in either Project Management, Business Management, Change Management, Finance or Business-related degree, and will consider Engineering with Project Management.
You will also have a valid full UK Driving Licence 3 months prior to your start date.
