Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: Bolton or Manchester
Salary: £21,000pa + Competitive Commission Scheme up to 25% + excellent benefits
After a record-breaking past couple of years, we’re continuing our rapid expansion plans with the addition of 16 more trainee roles to join us across 2023. With both graduate trainee roles, and developmental roles for individuals with sales experience, you’ll have access to our advanced training programme and the mentoring of a highly skilled team of colleagues.
The next intake will begin in January where we’ll welcome you to join our thriving, high performance-high reward culture. Operating across 5 recruitment disciplines, you can develop your career in our following divisions: Finance, HR, Business Support, Supply Chain and Executive Search.

The kind of things you’ll be doing in your role:
· Generating business within your allocated region - sourcing new vacancies and speaking with new contacts
· Meeting face to face with businesses to understand their requirements, building excellent relationships for the future
· Interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for vacancies
· Writing adverts, mailers and promotional material to attract the best candidates for your roles
· Shortlisting and selecting suitable candidates, based on skill set, team fit, business culture etc.
· Negotiating and delivering job offers to candidates
· Networking at events to develop yourself and your connections
The type of person we’re looking for:
· A recent Graduate from the last 3 years ideally OR strong academics to A-Level
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, you’ll be an excellent team player
· Ability to build and develop new relationships with both candidates and clients - you must be a strong communicator
· You’ll be driven with a resilient and tenacious personality and a logical mind-set
· Possess a genuine interest in business
