About the role
Our Analyst role is an entry-level position for graduates seeking their first professional role, or early stage professionals with 1-2 years’ experience. As key members of our project teams, Analysts will support colleagues with delivering tailored solutions across our client portfolio. You will be involved in multiple projects at a time, spanning clients of varying organisational scale, complexity, and sector. As an Analyst, you will be expected to:

  • Develop knowledge of our models and methodologies;
  • Conduct research into market practices and evolving trends;
  • Undertake simple analyses and modelling using a range of data sources;
  • Support colleagues on analytical aspects of project work;
  • Attend client meetings; and
  • Contribute to developing project proposals and winning new client mandates.

In addition to supporting our client project teams, you will also be expected to be involved in internal projects supporting the day-to-day development of our business. Roles that we anticipate Analysts to undertake in this regard include: developing new analytical tools and models; contributing to idea and solution development; maintaining internal databases; and knowledge sharing.

  • a 2:1 degree (in any subject, albeit degrees in business or management studies, economics and similar disciplines would be an advantage, and analytical backgrounds preferred);

  • strong interpersonal and organisational skills; and
  • a good working knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel.

Relevant experience is a benefit, but not a requirement.
