What will I do on the programme?
On the 4-year graduate programme, you will have the opportunity to gain a breadth of experience in our UK Customer Service & Supply Chain (CSSC) Function. In the workplace you will build your capabilities and with help and support, you will deliver strong results in each of your placements.

You’ll learn how the company functions, spending time on the production frontline in our manufacturing sites and working with our Central Teams. This will enable you to understand the end to end process within the CSSC function, broaden your skillset, expand your network, build strong behaviours and build your credibility. This role is ideal for you if you’re a driven individual who is curious about learning how a highly successful business functions.

What can you expect from the programme?
This is a rotational programme where each rotation will be 9 to 12 months in length, covering all end to end aspects of Customer Service & Supply Chain.
 
This could be anything. From being based in manufacturing locations on the production lines. Or even working with people in project management positions planning how we get new products made and into market. Through each rotation you’ll become more confident as you gain all of the knowledge, expertise and experience needed to help you become a future leader within CCEP.

These rotations will take you across the UK, so if you’re flexible and able to adapt to new situations, then this programme could be perfect for you. CCEP will even provide support with relocation costs.

As well as developing valuable skills, you’ll earn a Level 5 Management qualification on this 4 year apprenticeship. You will spend 80% of your time learning on the job, and 20% working towards your apprenticeship.

CCEP will develop your skills throughout the programme, helping you to grow and feel confident in your role. You’ll be assigned a mentor who is an experienced leader within the business. They will work closely with you during the programme, sharing knowledge, offering advice and helping you make the most of every opportunity. 
A central Learning and Development plan will be developed for you. The aim of this is to help you develop the skills and behaviours that CCEP expects from its future leaders. In addition to the programme-specific training, you will also have an individual development plan (IDP). As a result, you could end up participating in training courses specific to your job requirements that help you with your development targets.
 
 
What qualifications do you need?
  • Must have recently graduated ideally within the last 2 years, or be due to graduate by September 2023.
  • Must have undertaken a degree in a STEM or business subject
 

What do you need to apply?
  • Must be able to work effectively independently and as part of a team
  • You must be geographically mobile due to the rotational nature of the programme
