What will I do on the programme? 
If you’re looking for a programme that will focus on the development of your performance and financial capability then look no further. This opportunity allows you to experience several roles within the Finance business area, discovering that Finance doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll be spending your days at a desk. You’ll gain experience within Shared Services, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and either Internal Audit or Procurement. The programme will help build your experience in Finance, as well as building your knowledge and capabilities in Financial Management, Operations and Strategy. 
 
What can you expect from the programme?
Over the course of the 2 year programme there will be 4 x 6 month rotations, during which you’ll get to experience new places and even travel internationally, with one of the rotations being based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
 
As well as developing valuable skills, you’ll earn a Level 4 AAT qualification on this 2 year apprenticeship. You will spend 80% of your time learning on the job, and 20% working towards your apprenticeship.

CCEP will develop your skills throughout the programme, helping you to grow and feel confident in your role. You’ll be assigned a mentor who is an experienced leader within the business. They will work closely with you during the programme, sharing knowledge, offering advice and helping you make the most of every opportunity. 
A central Learning and Development plan will be developed for you. The aim of this is to help you develop the skills and behaviours that CCEP expects from its future leaders. In addition to the programme-specific training, you will also have an individual development plan (IDP). As a result, you could end up participating in training courses specific to your job requirements that help you with your development targets.
 
 
What qualifications do you need? 
§ Must have graduated within the last 2 years, or be due to graduate by September 2023
 
What else do you need to apply?
§ Must be committed to working towards a professional accountancy qualification 
§ Must be flexible with where you work and live due to the rotational nature of the programme 
§ Must be available to complete one 6-month rotation in Sofia, Bulgaria 
§ Must be fluent in English and ideally speak either French, Dutch or Spanish (although not compulsory)
