TGR2266 Graduate Client Support - Logistics Opportunity

JOB TITLE: Graduate Client Support - Logistics Opportunity
 
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Start date is expected to be Dec/Jan so not suitable for students who are graduating in 2023.
 
Continued success within this depot means we are looking for a Graduate to join the team in the Wakefield site to help with ambitious plans within the management of clients.

Previous experience within Client management, Customer Service, Transport or Distribution is preferred.

Initial duties will involve:
·      As part of a team you will be responsible for managing key accounts – mainly blue chip, global customers.
·      Communicating internally and externally to update on client accounts
·      Provide daily KPI reporting
·      Monitoring in day performance through transport management software
·      Paperwork handling
·      Dealing with queries via email and over the telephone
·      Any other relevant duties
 
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
·      Degree in business, logistics, analytical or economics related fields
·      Full driving licence and transport
·      Outstanding initiative
·      Excellent work ethic
·      Dynamic, ambitious, driven & self-motivated
·      Proactive
·      Solutions orientated
·      Organised
·      Attention to detail and accuracy
·      Confident communicator
·      Demonstrate experience in customer service
·      IT literate, with excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
 
HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Friday 8 – 6 Could progress eventually to 4 on 4 off.
 
SALARY: Circa £25,000 - £26,000 - strong progression
 
HOLIDAY: 25 days per annum, after 3 years entitlement increases by 3 days
