What’s the role?
You will be winning and growing Key Client Accounts, either within IT Sector or Digitial Sector. As a Dynamic Head-hunter within your specialist Market, you will have the ability to communicate and build rapport with senior stakeholders. You will also be able to influence potential candidates, offering them some of the most lucrative opportunities within the IT industry.
A key part of this role is identifying new businesses that could utilise our services, approaching them with potential recruitment solutions, closing opportunities, along with introducing your candidates to these businesses.

About you
· You will have minimum 1-year experience in sales or recruitment
· Be confident in a customer facing role
· Be comfortable within a telephone and video phone environment
· Have the ability to converse at a senior level
· Be driven to not only hit but exceed targets
