Graduate Systems Engineer
  • New Malden, London
  • £30,000 plus performance increments of around £2,500 every six months
  • Starting in September 2023

With our support and training, you will ensure programme work is delivered on time, to budget and to required standards. You will help to drive diverse functions (Hardware, Mechanical, Soft-ware, ILS, IA, Safety, etc.) throughout the Project Lifecycle from Customer needs to Validation and closeout. Along the way, you will conduct and lead systems engineering activities including re-quirements management, verification testing and design assurance, and production and review of technical documentation to project schedule and key design reviews (PDR/CDR), involving the technical management of suppliers.

Essential Skills and Experience: 
• A degree in a relevant discipline such as systems engineering
• Knowledge of system engineering models and techniques, including requirements manage-ment tools
 UK Residency: Before you start with Northrop Grumman, you’ll need to complete BPSS clear-ance. We’ll then require you to attain Security Check (SC) clearance. Achieving SC clearance is a rigorous process. It means that we need applicants to have been resident in the UK for five years and not have travelled abroad for continuous periods of more than six months during this time. ‘The successful candidate must, by the start of their employment, have permission to work in the UK’.  – we are not able to support visa applications
