Verification & Validation Engineer

  • £30,000 plus performance increments of around £2,500 every six
  • months
  • Starting in September 2023

To this end, you will gain exposure and experience across a number of multidisciplinary project teams to deliver the assigned V&V activities effectively and efficiently. You will lead and conduct assigned V&V tasks including planning, conduct and reporting in order to prove our products’ compliance with their associated requirements. Implementing V&V will bring you into contact with diverse stakeholders and you will champion an evidence-based approach to ensure best results for our customers.

Essential Skills and Experience: 
  • A degree in engineering or a related discipline such as electronics, C&I engineering or systems engineering
  • Systems/equipment test experience and experience using laboratory test tools (multi meter, oscilloscope, logic analyser, etc.)
  • UK Residency: Before you start with Northrop Grumman, you’ll need to complete BPSS clear-ance. We’ll then require you to attain Security Check (SC) clearance. Achieving SC clearance is a rigorous process. It means that we need applicants to have been resident in the UK for five years and not have travelled abroad for continuous periods of more than six months during this time.‘The successful candidate must, by the start of their employment, have permission to work in the UK’. – we are not able to support visa applications.
