Social Media Manager We’re looking to add a Social Media Manager, with an emphasis on brand building in Web3, to our team who will be responsible for initiating, delivering, and maintaining our content schedule in order to help us achieve our wider business goals. This individual will also grow, engage and moderate Nuggets' communities across social media channels (Telegram, Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, and LinkedIn) and shape the brand narrative and strategy across emerging channels.
Responsibilities/What You’ll Do:
- Expert knowledge of a variety of social media platforms, particularly Twitter, Linkedin, Reddit, Telegram groups, Discord, and Facebook.
- Demonstrate passion, curiosity, and experience in creating engaging content on social media platforms: Twitter, Linkedin, Reddit, Discord, Facebook, etc.
- Make relevant product and industry content across all platforms and interact with our audiences to grow organically.
- Collaborate internally to source, ideate, and co-create original content purpose-built for social channels while ensuring proper support of core business initiatives.
- Engage with the community –from quote tweets to replies and likes–across social media channels.
- Have a pulse of the relevant markets and what sentiment is like throughout the day.
- Assess social media analytics and make decisions based on data.
- Maintain and develop a keen understanding of the web3, crypto, and social media industry, its history, and the current news, and benchmark against top-performing social media creators in the sector.
- Be updated on the latest stories and news happening in the relevant markets and react by writing posts that are accurate, clear, concise, and engaging for a variety of channels.
- Research industry best practices and techniques to continuously improve our overall social media marketing efforts.
- Ability to navigate the world of decentralized identity, web3, Defi, crypto, and NFTs.
Qualifications/Your Background:
- Understanding of and familiarity with social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Experience with community development and methods of engagement and managing social media channels.
- Skilled with social media and knowledge of decentralized identity, web3, Defi, crypto, and NFTs.
- A team player, with a positive attitude and the ability to work well with team members and partners.
- Proficiency with social media and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Outstanding written English skills.
- You thrive working in a remote setup. You’re extremely well-organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. You know how to prioritize, and you get things done.
