Recruitment Assistant x 2 roles

Job Specification: 
As a member of the Recruitment Team, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of activities and processes throughout the recruitment lifecycle to find and recruit the best talent for our business, mainly focusing on but not limited to the below responsibilities: 

• CV screening
• Interview/assessment day facilitation
• 1st stage, online interview evaluation
• Face to face interviewing
• Attending careers fairs and being an ambassador of Keyence UK
• Support University campus recruitment planning, work with career centres to manage campus
recruiting logistics, organise events and ship materials
• Recruitment database administration
• Candidate feedback
• Managing job postings and assembling interview documents
• Helping to maintain applicant tracking data
• Managing the recruiting inbox and responding to candidate enquires
• Travel to other regional offices on occasion (Manchester, Newcastle, Birmingham, Dublin,
Milton Keynes)

Qualifications and Experience:
• Must be educated to degree level (Bachelor’s degree - any discipline)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft-based applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience in recruitment would be beneficial, but not essential

Package: 
• Basic Minimum Starting Salary of £25-28k
• Quarterly Bonus (Eligible after probation)
