Recruitment Consultant - London

We are looking for recent graduates or those in the early years of their career, to join our expanding London team as a recruitment consultant. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside both an expanding, ambitious team and an ever-growing number of thought-leading and disruptive clients worldwide.

With extensive training and support, you will, over time, have responsibility for the full recruitment life cycle of candidates and building your own client network.

You will source candidates across multiple roles and industries but will initially be heavily focused on finding junior candidates.

Our relationships with candidates and clients are very important to us. You will be required to nurture these relationships over the long-term and will work both online and offline to achieve these goals.

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary: £30-35k per annum starting base (depending on experience) with monthly uncapped commission (£60-70k OTE).
  • Annual budget of £1k+ for wellness, development and home office

Skills/qualifications

A university degree in any subject is preferable.

No previous recruitment experience is necessary, although it will be beneficial if you have some previous professional experience within a sales/office environment.
