Graduate Software Developer

We are training and mobilising the next generation of Software Developers to work with our clients’ innovative projects in ESG (Environmental Social Governance), Digital & AI (Artificial Intelligence), Cybersecurity, IT Transformation, Large Scale Business Change and much more!

As a Tech+ Software Developer you will embark on a three year development programme, where you will level up your skills and capabilities as a Software Developer, complete industry certifications and work on incredible projects with our clients.

Building your skill stack

You will begin your Tech+ journey with an orientation week; a chance to meet your fellow Analysts and get equipped with a well-rounded skillset covering introduction to projects and working in tech. From there your learning path which devolve into two routes: C#, .NET, SQL or JavaScript, ReactJS Over the next 10-12 months you will continue with your learning and development within your chosen languages including: Databases, Platforms, Frameworks, Toolsets and development methodologies.

Your learning journey never stops at Grayce. Software Development Analysts will become part of the wider Tech+ community, where you will share knowledge and get support from other Tech Analysts. You will be encouraged to join extracurricular activities and complete industry certifications, such as AgilePM Foundations and training in cloud technologies, in order to widen your technical skillset and accomplish your career aspirations.

We’d love to speak to individuals who have:

  • A degree with 2:1 minimum, ideally within a technical subject (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems etc.). However, this is not essential as we will consider applicants with other experience, such as Software Development bootcamp graduates.
  • Exposure to relevant technical concepts such as programming languages and frameworks (particularly C#, .Net, SQL, JavaScript, ReactJS), tools and/or regulations (through university, courses, or self-study)
  • Passionate about Software Development and having a career within this space.
  • Enthusiasm for problem solving and using your analytical skills to deliver high quality work
