Graduate Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for carrying out assigned process-related improvement projects in compliance with FDA, EPA, and OSHA requirements during all phases of assigned projects
  • Plans, designs and oversees the delivery of new facilities (including utility systems) and the reconfiguration and alteration of equipment, machinery, buildings, structures, and other facilities
  • Gathers and reviews data concerning facility or equipment specifications, company or government restrictions, required completion date, and construction feasibility
  • Coordinates with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years experience in Engineering within a pharmaceutical manufacturing operation or in a pharmaceutical operation
  • Strong communication skills with customers, design teams, contractors, and management
  • Action oriented skills; ability to learn on the fly
  • Good problem solving, technical learning, time management and prioritizing skills
