Legal Graduate Programme 2023

At B&M, we’re Proud (Proud is one of our Values by the way) to announce that we will be hiring a Legal Graduate to join our Head Office Graduate Programme in Speke, Liverpool in September 2023!

We’re looking for driven, ambitious Graduates, who will thrive in a challenging, fast paced business, and who are ready to ignite their chosen career!
 
Our programme offers the opportunity to be hands on working on exciting projects and will give you plenty of opportunities to progress and learn while with us. 

We’re big fans of those who want to excel and are not afraid to follow the curves of a graduate journey instead of straight lines, as we are a business that is not bogged down by bureaucracy or procrastination. In fact, in B&M we have a terminology known as “B&M Speed” and we’d love you to find out for yourself exactly what this means!

Please note this programme does not offer remote or hybrid working.

 What you’ll need:

  • To be a graduate or in your final year of study ready to start the programme September 2023
  • Be on track or have achieved a 2:2 degree in a relevant discipline
  • ‘The successful candidate must, by the start of their employment, have permission to work in the UK’
  • A positive, determined attitude, able to build relationships and influence
  • Excellent communication skills to be able to talk effectively to all areas of the business
  • Experience in the department you wish to apply for would be advantageous
