Geotechnical Design Graduate

Our Programme:

Our Graduate Development scheme is a structured training programme made up of six key modules.
The programme lasts for two years which you will attend in parallel to your permanent job role.

We’re looking for:
  • Graduates from wide range of backgrounds including Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or Environmental Geoscience
  • Eligibility to work/live in the UK at the time of joining
  • Passion, flexibility, resilience, adaptability
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-starter with a flexible robust approach, and team player
  • Motivated, curious, self-confident
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Willingness to get involved in key projects

  • Full UK driving licence (or learning)
