Our Programme:
We are a ‘Top Graduate & Apprentice Employer’ by TheJobCrowd, the only graduate and apprentice employer ranking system based on employee feedback. Our Graduate Development scheme is a structured training programme made up of six key modules.
The programme lasts for two years which you will attend in parallel to your permanent job role.

We’re looking for:
- Graduates from wide range of backgrounds including Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or Environmental Geoscience
- Eligibility to work/live in the UK at the time of joining
- Passion, flexibility, resilience, adaptability
- Good communication skills
- Self-starter with a flexible robust approach, and team player
- Motivated, curious, self-confident
- Strong problem-solving skills
